story of their rivalry as both men led an early wave of dinosaur discovery. But this is all a long way off. A
writer needs to be found to even get a script going, so this project could be developing for a while...

- Steve Carell Circling ‘Alexander And The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day’
Steve Carell and 20th Century Fox are in early discussions for him to star in the live action adaptation
of the Judith Viorst children’s book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.
The Kids Are All Right writer/director Lisa Cholodenko is directing the film. The script was written
by Rob Lieber & Cholodenko.
Deadline reports that the role is Ben, Alexander’s dad. The book, one of the more entertaining and
humorous of the yarns you read endlessly to your kids at night, concerns young Alexander, who starts
a wretched day with the realization that the gum he fell asleep chewing is now hopelessly tangled in his
hair, and things get worse from there, to the point he threatens to chuck it all and move to Australia.

News on 'Foxcatcher'

- Channing Tatum talked about Foxcatcher in a recent interview with Collider:
You can watch it here (min 10:10-11:44)

Excerpt:
... I don’t know if we’re doing it this year. I’ve committed, I definately want to do it for sure. I think
he [Bennet Miller] is talking about Steve Carell for playing DuPont and I can’t wait for Carell to try
out next something a little more heavy and serious 'cause I think for sure he has it in him. And
DuPont is a little bizarre, he’s a little bit bizarre of a person and I don’t think there‘s anybody better
to play an entirely believable, a bit off-kiltered, kind of crazy person, but yet very very sweet at
times and very sort of scary at times.
